- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 22, 2020, by Dad RockThe worst customer service I have ever dealt with! If I could I would give it zero stars! We spent $1700 on a kitchen floor and installation. We immediately had problems with loose tiles. It took 3 times to come out and fix it. Then one of the tiles cracked! The OWNER came and said he would fix it the following Monday. He never showed!!! He then said he would fix it the following Monday AGAIN!!! Guess what, he never showed up!!! Now he says he'll have someone come out and fix it... I'm not holding my breath. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone!!!
