  I am an extremely picky person. I do my research and before I walk into any store I know exactly what I am getting and what I plan on paying for and walking out with. But I do not pretend to know everything, and Tony was a huge help with helping me get what I needed and what I preferred out of my washer and dryer. He was exceptionally personable but did not hound us, and lead us in the right direction of making the right choices. I have bought all of my home entertainment systems at this particular location and I always get the help that I need, and this time Tony was our man. It was the easiest experience I've had in a long time with this kind of purchase and I would definitely recommend Tony and his crew to everyone I know!

  Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Didn't follow me around, hounding me for a sale. Waited when I said I wanted to look around and was ready when I was ready to get info and buy. Seemed like a great price on top brands. Happy shopper.

  They advertise great prices but when you get in there those items are hidden somewhere and they act like they can't find them. That's not even the worst part. They have quite a few salesmen there but when I go in it seems as though they don't want to or have time to help me. Even though I see many of them standing around chatting. I went in last week to buy a TV and I was trying to get a salesman to help me but he ignored me. He was chatting with another customer that was already being helped by another associate. I had to get someone else to get his attention and he finally came. I asked him my question, he answered, then walked away. I had more questions, but he wouldn't know that. I instead went to Best Buy and gave them my money. I will not be going to this place. Not that I think they care. I must not be the type of customer they want.
